South Hall
The South Hall arena is perfect for concerts, sports competitions, religious services, corporate meetings, political rallies, and all sorts of general assemblies. With a seating capacity of 4,000, (1,400 tiered permanent seats & 2,600 folding chairs on the floor) and the option to increase to 5,000 (with additional 1,000 bleacher seats on the upper mezzanine), the South Hall will make your event a real crowd-pleaser!
North Hall
Whether used for automotive research events, trade show booths, turf time, food & beverage functions, haunted houses, or what have you, the North Hall’s 21,000 square feet of floor space is great for anything you can dream up. Tie it in with the Lower Mezzanine and you have over 25,000 square feet of contiguous space to make any event a reality.
Upper Mezzanine
Overlooking both the South and North Halls, the 13,200 square foot Upper Mezzanine is a nice addition when you need more space. Ideal for a warm-up area for tournaments, or a food court for your trade show, or a dance party after your event is over, the possibilities are endless.
Lower Mezzanine
The 4,500 square feet of the Lower Mezzanine makes for a great addition to your North Hall event; or, a backstage catering area for your concert; or, a retail store for your merchandise as your guests enter/exit the building. Let’s us show you some options to make your event an even bigger success!
Outside Space
Our 14-acre paved and lighted parking lot lets you take your event outdoors. Whether it’s for an automotive ride & drive, tent sale, circus, car or motorcycle show, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out. Parking for up to 2000 cars onsite makes it convenient for your guests to attend your event.
